At Yours Trulee & Co., we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible🤍

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS
  • Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier
  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update
  • If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we pack every order with care, Yours Trulee & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS.
  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, it is outside of our control
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • All shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  • We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to be resent

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed
  • Orders may only be canceled if approved for store credit per our return policy

In the event of a chargeback, Yours Trulee & Co. reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation to our payment processor to review the claim. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our business interests.
