Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Yours Trulee & Co., every order truly means so much to us. We carefully select each piece and want you to feel confident and beautiful in what you wear 🤍 While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes something may not be the right fit—and we’re happy to help when possible.

Returns at a Glance

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 4 days
  • Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Items discounted 20% or more
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Shoes
  • Custom Merchandise
  • Gift cards

Condition Guidelines

To ensure fairness for all customers, returned items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • Buttoned and neatly folded
  • Free from smoke, strong odors, makeup, or self-tanner
  • Free from excessive human or pet hair
Items returned having not met ALL requirements listed above may receive partial store credit or be declined.

Late or Ineligible Returns

  • Items shipped outside of the approved return window may be sent back to the customer
  • Returns that do not meet the condition guidelines may be denied
  • If an item is not returned in original condition, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from store credit

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.
  • Please email us at contact.yours.trulee@gmail.com
    within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or credit

A Few Helpful Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Yours Trulee & Co. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Variations in color due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
  • Sizing issues are not considered defects, but we’re always happy to help with sizing questions before you order

Return Limits

Because Yours Trulee & Co. is a small business offering limited-quantity collections, we kindly ask customers to be mindful when ordering.
To help us keep inventory balanced and prices fair:
  • Customers may return up to 5 items per month
This policy helps us continue offering thoughtfully curated pieces while avoiding the high return volumes common with large retailers. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as a growing small business 🤍

Shipping & Combined Orders

We’re always happy to combine orders placed close together when possible.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to single orders of $150 or more
  • Separate orders cannot be combined to reach the $150 threshold

If You Place Multiple Orders

  • If one order qualifies for free shipping, additional shipping charges will be refunded when orders are combined
  • If no order reaches $150, we’ll combine shipments and refund all but one shipping fee

Return Instructions (If Approved)

We’re happy to accept returns for store credit only under the guidelines below. To begin a return, please contact us for approval before sending your item back.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
  • Once approved, items must be postmarked within 4 business days
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and neatly packaged in original condition (see conditions guidelines)
Please include one of the following inside your return package:
  • A copy of your itemized receipt, or
  • A note with your full name and order number, along with the item(s) being returned
Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be emailed to you.
Important: We strongly recommend keeping your receipt and tracking information until your return has been fully processed. Yours Trulee & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages once they are in the care of the shipping carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 3–8 business days.
Please Note: All sale items, discounted items, and final-sale purchases are not eligible for return or store credit.
